Sin renunciar a ning\u00fan alimento ni a platos deliciosos puedes hacer tuyos una serie de h\u00e1bitos que te vendr\u00e1n genial a la hora de mantener tu figura. La forma de preparar los distintos ingredientes, de cocinarlos, de condimentarlos y hasta de presentarlos influye en sus calor\u00edas totales, as\u00ed que merece la pena tener en cuenta algunos consejos:<\/p>\n<p>1. Elimina, en crudo, toda la grasa que puedas de cualquier alimento, especialmente de las carnes. Retira la piel del pollo y la grasa que hay debajo de ella, elige carnes magras y recorta en lo posible la parte blanca de la cinta de lomo o las chuletas de cerdo.<\/p>\n<p>2. A la hora de cocinar, limita los fritos y los rebozados optando en lo posible por los alimentos a la plancha. Si tienes que fre\u00edr, utiliza una buena sart\u00e9n antiadherente para poder hacer, por ejemplo, una tortilla o un salteado con una cantidad m\u00ednima de aceite. Si se trata de platos que requieren mucho aceite para su cocci\u00f3n (calamares, croquetas, patatas fritas\u2026) recuerda colocar en una fuente un papel absorbente (papel de cocina) y deja que escurran en \u00e9l unos minutos antes de servir.<\/p>\n<p>3. Cocinar al vapor es una excelente forma de conservar todos los nutrientes de los alimentos sin a\u00f1adirles grasas. El horno es tambi\u00e9n un buen ayudante de cocina que mantiene las grasas a raya. No tienes que renunciar al sabor. Las carnes o pescados as\u00ed preparados admiten m\u00faltiples posibilidades deliciosas: a la sal (cero grasas), acompa\u00f1ados de cebolla, pimientos rojos y verdes, ajo y perejil (rico, sano y vistoso a la hora de su presentaci\u00f3n), condimentados con mostaza (por ejemplo, un lomo o redondo untado con mostaza y aderezado con pimienta no necesita m\u00e1s que una hora por kilo al horno). Recuerda tambi\u00e9n que en la rejilla del horno puedes hacer excelentes carnes al grill, simplemente condimentadas con sal gorda y tu especia favorita: or\u00e9gano, tomillo, albahaca (toda la grasa caer\u00e1 en la bandeja y as\u00ed no formar\u00e1 parte del plato).<\/p>\n<p>4. Las salsas son otro \u201cpeligro\u201d a la hora de que una receta se suba de calor\u00edas. Un buen truco es hacerlas suprimiendo la harina. Sustit\u00fayela por uno o varios de los ingredientes triturados. Por ejemplo, para hacer una salsa a base de cebollas, pimientos y tomate, sofr\u00ede los ingredientes, a\u00f1ade un poco de agua y de vino blanco y pasa todos los ingredientes por la batidora (no necesitar\u00e1s espesarla con harina y resultar\u00e1 m\u00e1s ligera).<\/p>\n<p>5. En una dieta equilibrada no pueden faltar las legumbres y la pasta, pero \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 no hacerlas de vez en cuando de una manera diferente?
