Today we will talk about a subject not everyone likes, especially young people.<\/p>\n

Many just let the years go by, and don\u2019t bother investing in their health.
\n
\nThey think that just because they aren\u2019t sick everything is okay and they don\u2019t need to go to the doctor.<\/p>\n

Whether you\u2019re sick or not you must go annually for check -up to see how your health is.<\/p>\n

Many don\u2019t even know what a check-up is, but the name says it all. They check everything from the top of the head to the bottom of your feet. Do I need to go into details?<\/p>\n

A very important exam that all women need to do every year is a pap smear. This exam has become a terror for many, that\u2019s why they avoid it.<\/p>\n

Women need to go to the gynecologist! This exam is very, very important. I’ve talked to several young girls who\u2019ve never been to a gynecologist.<\/p>\n

Some out of fear, others because they\u2019re embarrassed, etc. I know it’s uncomfortable and annoying, but it’s not anything out of this world.<\/p>\n

It’s only once a year, I do every year. The secret is to distract yourself during the exam. Is it easy? No!<\/p>\n

Nobody dies by getting that exam done! I didn\u2019t die, on the contrary, I’m taking care of what is mine, what God has entrusted to me.<\/p>\n

Many when they feel some kind of pain say, “It\u2019s tied up!” They even do purposes, but it doesn\u2019t resolved the problem. Why would that be?<\/p>\n

Because they aren\u2019t using an intelligent faith! I use my determination, do the chain of prayers for my health, but I will also visit the doctor to see what is going on.<\/p>\n

I have to do my part. This is using my intelligent faith, but many don\u2019t think this way that\u2019s why they are looking for the reason why this things happen.<\/p>\n

Sometimes you have a discharge and you don \u2018t know why so you just let it go and eventually it gets worst.<\/p>\n

Sometimes it\u2019s only a small urinary infection or bacteria that you caught from using public bathrooms, but because you didn\u2019t treat it at the beginning when it was small it became more serious.<\/p>\n

Then you complain that everything is the devil\u2019s fault … I’m not ” the devil’s advocate”, but it’s just a matter of thinking!<\/p>\n

Young people, you can\u2019t be narrow-minded! Going to the doctor is not sin and not everything is the devil. You need to take care of yourself.<\/p>\n

So, you know, if you ‘re married or have had sexual intercourse, you need to have a Pap smear test done.<\/p>\n

And you if you never have, but feel there’s something wrong, feel pain in the abdomen area, or have the feeling you peed on your clothing…<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t wait, go to the gynecologist, explains the situation, but don\u2019t forget to say you’re a virgin.<\/p>\n

If you are afraid ask your mom or friend to accompany you, but make sure you solve the problem ASAP.<\/p>\n
