I will ask you an obvious question:<\/p>
\nDo you want to be the type of person that is, diminished, and doesn\u2019t make a difference in anyone’s life and even in your own life?
\n<\/p>\n
I already know the answer: No, no way! Never ! Or: It\u2019s tied up…
\nI will ask you an even more obvious question: Do you want to be a Leader? Are you willing to be one?<\/p>\n
Your immediate response will be: YESSS!<\/p>\n
My dear friend, assistant, there is a price to be paid, a path to follow, and I will tell from now it won\u2019t be easy. It demands of you to go deep!<\/p>\n
We see that many assistants don\u2019t have a spirit of leadership. They are focused on themselves. They are limited to work in certain meetings, to do a particular task, and for this reason their vision is short.<\/p>\n
If you are truly baptized with the Holy Spirit, then you are Leaders because inside of you there is power, there is a potential, a spirit of leadership, there is a will to take on a challenge, you have a vision to go far until the ends of the earth!
\nBut you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.\u201d (Acts 1:8)<\/p>\n
I will leave some points on how to be a leader, so that you can evaluate yourself:<\/p>\n
– She doesn\u2019t wait for the pastor to tell her what to do, she goes and asks humbly;
\n– She is seen as an example to be followed by those who are new in the faith;
\n– She is not limited by only working in the sanctuary, but she attends the need of all the other areas as well. Not only in a physical way, such as cleaning the church, but above all, making herself available to help the various existing church groups;
\n– She is an observer and is always attentive to people arriving for the 1st time at church and passes on a detailed report to the pastor;
\n– She is creative in the way she evangelizes and avoids religious words;
\n– She is not limited to evangelize only on a certain day, but goes other days as well and encourages others to go with her;
\n– She takes pleasure in encouraging her companions positively;
\n– She gets close her fellow companions of war and forms a team and not a \u201cclique\u201d ;
\n– She is above all a leader of your own self ! !<\/p>\n
Upon evaluating yourself, what have you found out about yourself?<\/p>\n
If you\u2019ve discovered you haven\u2019t been a leader, then take these last days of the Fast of Daniel and review your life looking for that spirit of leadership!<\/p>\n
