Hello everyone today is Saturday and we\u2019re here again to talk about Jacob\u2019s life.

\n“But Esau ran to meet him, and embraced him, and fell on his neck and kissed him, and they wept. And he lifted his eyes and saw the women and children, and said, \u201cWho are these with you?\u201d So he said, \u201cThe children whom God has graciously given your servant.\u201d Then the maidservants came near, they and their children, and bowed down.\u00a0And Leah also came near with her children, and they bowed down. Afterward Joseph and Rachel came near, and they bowed down.”<\/em> (Gn. 33: 4-7)

\nNotice what happened to Esau…
\n\u00a0
\nBut before that, I ask: Who presented the sacrifice? Jacob, right?!
\nOur offering and sacrifice speak for us. It has life! It\u2019s speaks on our behalf, no words are needed and it will be in public.
\n\u00a0
\nRemember when Cain and Abel presented their sacrifices to God? He got angry with Cain, who killed his brother, but until today Abel\u2019s sacrifice cries out from Earth to God.
\n\u00a0
\nYou\u2019re alive, but maybe your offering is not “saying” anything. Because there wasn\u2019t in fact, a true sacrifice. Perhaps you sacrifice in your own way but it isn\u2019t your “all”.<\/em>
\n\u00a0
\nJacob\u2019s whole family was gathered, but who bowed seven times? It was Jacob?! Notice the behavior of someone who sacrifices to God, they\u2019re humble!
\n\u00a0
\nWhen Jacob went to meet his brother, Esau ran – not walked – but ran to greet him and embraced him, “… and fell on his neck and kissed him, and they wept…”<\/em>
\n\u00a0
\nNow they both had true love for each other. Even if both had pain and errors, but because a true sacrifice was presented it added forgiveness and harmony, which was missing in their relationship. Jacob\u2019s conscience was clean because it was he who drew the attention of God.
\n\u00a0
\nOur lives can have either a positive or negative result. Even if someone presents a sacrifice on our behalf, whoever sacrificed will be rewarded for his or her audacity. Because of the way they handled the problem and overcame.
\n\u00a0
\nJacob wrestled with God and with men, and continued to fight.
\n\u00a0
\nThe fact that you sacrifice to God and your name has been changed doesn\u2019t mean you should stop, but you must persevere in resolving your problem and not accept to just sit their waiting for it to get resolved on its own.
\n\u00a0
\nJacob was afraid of his brother, but after fighting with God and sacrificing he lost that fear.
\nWhen you sacrifice you have conviction and peace, it covers your “debt.” But when you don\u2019t sacrifice you have fear because you know you\u2019re at fault and this prevents you from going forward.
\n\u00a0
\n“Then the maidservants came near, they and their children, and bowed down.\u00a0And Leah also came near with her children, and they bowed down. Afterward Joseph and Rachel came near, and they bowed down.”<\/em>
\n\u00a0
\nJacob\u2019s family saw him as a reference!
\n\u00a0
\nMany people who are by your side don\u2019t “bow” down because they don\u2019t consider you a reference because you haven\u2019t sacrificed entirely. But if now you\u2019re aware and willing, if you’re truly revolted and alone with God and aren\u2019t afraid to face the problem, then go and do it and put all your energy into it.
\n\u00a0
\nThey all bowed down because they had someone as a reference, and this reference revolutionizes!
\n\u00a0
\nLately, my days have been so helpful; I have used each day as an opportunity to examine what I need to. I am grateful to God, to be together with you in the same spirit.
