Hello, here we are one more day talking about Jacob\u2019s life.

\n“So Esau hated Jacob because of the blessing with which his father blessed him, and Esau said in his heart, \u201cThe days of mourning for my father are at hand; then I will kill my brother Jacob.\u201d And the words of Esau her older son were told to Rebekah. So she sent and called Jacob her younger son, and said to him, \u201cSurely your brother Esau comforts himself concerning you by intending to kill you. Now therefore, my son, obey my voice: arise, flee to my brother Laban in Haran. And stay with him a few days, until your brother\u2019s fury turns away,\u00a0until your brother\u2019s anger turns away from you, and he forgets what you have done to him; then I will send and bring you from there. Why should I be bereaved also of you both in one day?\u201d And Rebekah said to Isaac, \u201cI am weary of my life because of the daughters of Heth; if Jacob takes a wife of the daughters of Heth, like these who are the daughters of the land, what good will my life be to me?\u201d<\/em> (Gn.27 :41-46)<\/p>\n

Day 9 \u2013 People\u2019s intentions<\/strong><\/p>\n

That\u2019s right, Rebekah…<\/p>\n

After getting your way the consequences come, it\u2019s inevitable.<\/p>\n

Esau\u2019s hatred against Isaac made him want vengeance, in order to get rid of the frustration he felt over his alleged loss. But in reality he didn\u2019t pay the price for the blessing that his father had to give him. First, because he wasn\u2019t an example as a son, and then as a hunter, he depended on his strength to sacrifice animals as his support, but deep down, this wasn\u2019t enough.<\/p>\n

There are many people who think they are doing a great job just “hunting”, being the breadwinner or because they are good at what they do. But their character, actions and the way they despise the things of God, say otherwise.<\/p>\n

Everyone who takes matter into their on hands, without God, also have to worry about solving the problems that will arise, the consequences.
\nInterestingly, most don\u2019t use the same strength to exterminate the problem; they run away from it or try to find another way to solve it. Sacrifice never becomes an option because they never recognize they\u2019re mistakes or because they simply do not want to see them.<\/p>\n

I can only sacrifice when I understand that I have to materialize my belief.<\/p>\n

See the result: Esau lost the blessing because of his own actions, but he was too blind to see it. He wanted an immediate solution to the problem. He thought that by killing Jacob the problem would be solved, but obviously it would cause other problems.<\/p>\n

Both Rebekah and Esau acted wrong; they were both anxious and precipitated. They wanted to solve the problem in they own way and not righteously.<\/p>\n

The first thing you must do when you have a problem with your “brother”, is to solve it directly with him and not try to “kill him” as this will make you guilty. Our actions cause consequences; one problem generates another, making the person\u2019s life a living hell.<\/p>\n

“… until your brother\u2019s anger turns away from you, and he forgets what you have done to him…”<\/em><\/p>\n

The problem that Rebekah provoked doesn\u2019t make her out to be innocent. When there is no sacrifice, there is fear, doubt and insecurity. This is evident in both Rebekah and Esau.<\/p>\n

This also caught my attention: Esau\u2019s hatred. All those who don\u2019t sacrifice usually envy those who do. There may not wish death upon them, but they distance themselves to those who have conquered what he or she wanted. And yet, somehow, try to do them wrong. Since they don\u2019t have, or couldn\u2019t conquer what the other person has they do anything to make them loose it.<\/p>\n

Esau held on to his deceitful spirit, he would wait his father’s death to kill his brother. He didn\u2019t want to cause his father any deception while he was still alive, but after his death, he would commit the act.<\/p>\n

Look how people’s intentions show who they truly are, what they think and it also feeds the one they truly serve!
\nHave you been a slave of your feelings, have surrendered and sacrificed for them? Then the results you obtain will be frustrating like we have read here.<\/p>\n

Take this story and learn from it, examine your actions: What kind of faith are you presenting before God? Are you sacrificing to Him 100%, or to your feelings? You must examine yourself so you can be free from the lies an emotional faith brings.<\/p>\n

If you are listening to this audio, have faith. Wanting to participate in the campaign of Israel doesn\u2019t mean you are using your intelligent faith. Intelligent faith is just, rational, and doesn\u2019t take initiative based on emotions, but on what is just, true and written in the Word of God.<\/p>\n

It is not right to want to get back at someone, to have that feeling, because it won\u2019t bring you any result except, EVIL. So evaluate what you have done before God every day. What you have achieved in the past isn\u2019t enough; intelligent faith doesn\u2019t live in the past but in the PRESENT!<\/p>\n

Go somewhere you can be alone with God, where you can\u2019t see others. Where you can look at what is inside of you, to see who you truly are, and what you have been presenting to God.<\/p>\n
