He was sure of what he wanted and wasn\u2019t ashamed to expose who he really was.<\/p>\n<p>And you, Assistant, are you willing to look back and recognize who you truly are?<\/p>\n<p>Let&#8217;s look closely at the differences between a weak Assistant and a strong Assistant.<br \/>\nBe honest with yourself, as Jacob was.<\/p>\n<p>A weak Assistant always has an excuse for her sins!<br \/>\nA strong Assistant is not ashamed to assume her mistakes!<\/p>\n<p>A weak Assistant always blames others for her mistakes!<br \/>\nA strong Assistant is not afraid to take the blame even if she \u201clooses\u201d out!<\/p>\n<p>A weak Assistant always makes herself the \u201cvictim\u201d.<br \/>\nA strong Assistant believes that even if no one believes in her, she believes in herself!<\/p>\n<p>A weak Assistant takes criticism as a burden!<br \/>\nA strong Assistant takes criticism as an opportunity to grow!<\/p>\n<p>A weak Assistant talks a lot, but rarely acts on it!<br \/>\nA strong Assistant says a few words, but acts with assurance!<\/p>\n<p>A weak Assistant always complains during difficult times!<br \/>\nA strong Assistant is thankful during difficult times because she knows it will make her grow!<\/p>\n<p>A weak Assistant depends on what others think of her!<br \/>\nA strong Assistant listens to the voice of Intelligence and acts alone!<\/p>\n<p>A weak Assistant will not admit she is weak&#8230;<br \/>\nA strong Assistant draws strength from her weaknesses!<\/p>\n<p>A weak Assistant imposes her thoughts and ideas onto others!<br \/>\nA strong Assistant exposes her opinion with vision!<\/p>\n<p>A weak Assistant does everything to draw attention from others!<br \/>\n A strong Assistant is a reference!<\/p>\n<p>A weak Assistant does not sacrifice entirely&#8230;<br \/>\nA strong Assistant is the constant sacrifice!<\/p>\n<p>Who have you been? The weak Assistant or the strong one?<br \/>\nThink first before you answer!!<br \/>\nBecause if you don\u2019t think first you are bound to be the weak one!<\/p>\n<p>You decide who you want to be!
