Good morning! Good afternoon! Good evening to all those who listen and read here on the Blog. It is a pleasure to be here with you. Today is already the 18th day of the Fast<\/strong>. Do not be discouraged, no. The extraordinary didn\u2019t happen? Don\u2019t be sad. There is always a way out for you. We are here on the Blog, every week, and I am going to post an article exclusively for you. For you who did not discover and cannot resolve your situation. You are passing through difficulties, you are going through many things that you do not even understand how to react.<\/p>\n

Well, you are going to find a friend in this Blog. You are going to have a post called \u201cMy Friend\u201d. Your first \u201cMy Friend\u201d, in other words, your first friend is going to be you<\/strong><\/em>. And we are going to work together, but you have to be here with me, accessing the Blog, so you can read and know how to take care of that great friend.<\/p>\n

Now, let\u2019s talk about what we have been discussing throughout this Fast.<\/p>\n

We have been talking about the heart\u2026 but as you know, the heart is always feeling and it asks the question: \u201cWhy does God permit so many difficulties?”<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Let\u2019s find out what God\u2019s answer is?<\/em><\/p>\n

Accompany me in the book of Deuteronomy, chapter 8, verse 2<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd you shall remember that the Lord your God led you all the way these forty years in the wilderness, to humble you and test you, to know what was in your heart, whether you would keep His commandments or not. So He humbled you, allowed you to hunger, and fed you with manna which you did not know nor did your fathers know, that He might make you know that man shall not live by bread alone; but man lives by every word that proceeds from the mouth of the Lord. Your garments did not wear out on you, nor did your foot swell these forty years. You should know in your hear that as a man chastens his son, so the Lord you God chastens you. “<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Wonderful, no?<\/p>\n

I don\u2019t know if you understood, but I am here to speak to you…<\/p>\n

It starts by saying: \u201cAnd you shall remember that the Lord your God led you all the way these forty years in the wilderness\u2026”<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

It is very important, cybernaut, that you remember all of your journey after God presented Himself in your life: His Power, through the miracles\u2026 But remember the path you crossed, I mean, the path that you opted for all these years with God, and even when you didn\u2019t have God in your life, remember? But now with God, it is also important for you to remember all of your story, and we are going to develop more on this, in the corner \u201cMy Friend\u201d. We are going to be speaking as if you had a Big Sister \u201clive\u201d with you. It\u2019s going to be like a friend with you. You are going read an article about you, taking care of you, like we normally do here every week. But it\u2019s going to be different, the topics are going to be different.<\/p>\n

Going back to what matters\u2026 what does it say here in this verse?<\/p>\n

That God permitted you to pass through difficult situations<\/strong>; for example, I passed through difficult situations when I lost my children. And you are going to discover more on this in \u201cMy Diary\u201d how everything happened all at once. But let me build up to that, because you have many more things to know about there in \u201cMy Diary\u201d. Many things are going to happen, when I lost everything, and you are going to know details… but now is not the time to speak about such things; I felt like I was in the desert when all of this happened. I lost my children, I lost everything around me which were apparently trophies, it was a joy, and it was what I had. But when I lost everything, I read this passage. It gives me great joy in reading these passages, because when you go through difficult times, you discover yourself.<\/p>\n

And here it says, \u201cto humble you and test you\u2026”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Your pride was humiliated. You who only know how to receive, that everyone is in your favor, but when everything is not in your favor, when everything is against you, it humiliates you. You that say that you of God and ask, \u201cBut how can this happen? I am of God, but I am losing everything. My mom expelled me from my home\u201d ; “I am of God, but I don\u2019t have anywhere to go!\u201d; \u201cI am of God, and I am passing through financial necessities!\u201d; \u201cI am of God, but everything is going against me! My husband doesn\u2019t understand me; my mother and my friend don\u2019t understand\u2026 Everyone and everything is against me!”<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s know why?<\/p>\n

\u201c…to humble you and test you, to know what was in your heart, whether you would keep His commandments or not.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

He humiliated your pride so that you can prove what was inside of you, and sometimes you don\u2019t even know what\u2019s inside your heart\u2026 You mistrust yourself and think: \u201cAm I really faithful to God? That I am not with second intentions? Am I really grateful to Him or only because everything is going well for me? Do I really believe in Him, because blessed my family, cured me, did this and that\u2026?\u00a0And now when there are difficult times, I get upset, angry, I say inappropriate things\u2026\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Truly, my cybernaut friend, it is to know what is inside your heart! When everything is okay, it is easy to present nice things, be a good person, be polite, smile, but when everything is against you\u2026 Your appearance, your face falls, and you don\u2019t understand anything.<\/p>\n

” to know what was in your heart\u2026\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Do you \u201csee\u201d? The difficulties that you go through reveal things that you never knew about yourself!<\/strong> Not even I knew, when I was passing through this difficult times, what was inside of me! But when I saw my reactions, there was my heart, revealing to me when everything was okay, nothing would happen. I even mistrusted certain things\u2026 But when the difficult times started coming, I really understood what was inside of me.<\/p>\n

\u201c…whether you would keep His commandments or not. So He humbled you, allowed you to hunger, and fed you with manna\u2026”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

What is manna? You have to know what it is\u2026. Manna is the Word of God, that comes from above! When everything goes against you, and humiliates you and leaves you needing, only then will you really look to \u201cabove\u201d, you had to search for that manna. That you didn\u2019t even know! Maybe you had already heard many blessed and great services, that you even passed on to others, but now since you are living in these difficult times, you don\u2019t even know or remember them\u2026 You used to think one way but now you are understanding it in a different way.<\/p>\n

\u201c…which you did not know nor did your fathers know, that He might make you know that man shall not live by bread alone\u2026”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

It\u2019s not enough being \u201csatiated\u201d with cures, or with the transformation of your child, that things are going your way and everything is looking up.<\/p>\n

\u201c…but man lives by every word that proceeds from the mouth of the Lord.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Look, cybernaut friend, you who are reading this post now\u2026 You start living the life of the Word of God! You have already noticed that when things were going well, you didn\u2019t understand too many things? But when everything began going against you, that\u2019s when you had to live by the Word of God, you had to listen, to submit, to be humble, and reconcile with God, with others, etc. That\u2019s when you started living! It is incredible that when everything was fine, you eluded yourself with the things that you were living. You started living when you began to obey the Word of God, there was obedience, a belief, and a submission to it.<\/p>\n

“Your garments did not wear out on you, nor did your foot swell these forty years. You should know in your hear that as a man chastens his son, so the Lord you God chastens you.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

God has been disciplining you in this difficult times.<\/strong> I\u2019m not saying that sickness, family problems, that all your problems are because of Him. NO! But these difficulties, these problems, God has permitted this to happen so that you may really come to know and depend on the Word of God and to go to Him! See that He disciplines, corrects your heart, your thoughts, your emotions and your ideas, etc\u2026<\/p>\n

Be whatever you are passing through at that moment, if your are going through tough times or not\u2026 Know that, like Bishop Macedo says (like my fathers say), that if you are baptized with the Holy Spirit in this Fast, you will go through difficulties, through tests, so that you guard yourself\u2026 And it will be even revealed to you if you were really baptized with the Holy Spirit or not. The tests that you are going to have to face, if you will be approved or not. You will encounter errors, difficulties, but do not be discouraged! Because even being baptized with the Holy Spirit,\u00a0I discovered huge, enormous mistakes, and it was through them that I was molded and am today who I am. As each day passes, I will be even better, because it is the difficulties that mold me before God.<\/strong><\/span> They mold my character, they make me humble, attentive, and ever watchful. That\u2019s it! I was not born perfect, and you will see that in the diaries.<\/p>\n
