Many are the ones who ask, “What can I do to know God? I pray, I am sincere, I go to church, I\u2019ve heard the audios, accompanied the blogs, etc., but my prayer doesn\u2019t go past the ceiling, I even cry but when that moment ends, I go back to square one! I don\u2019t know what to do to have the Holy Spirit? “<\/em><\/p>\n

You need to undress of your own self. But how?<\/p>\n

” You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; (Eph.4: 22)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Lets understand the meaning of the words:<\/p>\n

Former<\/strong>:<\/span> what happened, passed;<\/p>\n

Put off<\/strong>:<\/span> undressing, undress;<\/p>\n

Corrupt<\/strong><\/span>: spoil; become addicted; pervert, become rotten, subornation, bribe, seduce;<\/p>\n

Desires<\/strong><\/span>: immoderate desire to satisfy sensuality, sensual appetite;<\/p>\n

Deceit<\/strong><\/span>: act of tricking, illusion, betrayal, error of who is deceiving themselves, lead to deceit;<\/p>\n

Sometimes you deceive yourself and have no answers because you didn\u2019t descend to the depths of your soul and undress<\/strong><\/em>, in other words, you didn\u2019t stand “naked” before God, ashamed of nourishing in the depths of your being situations that have passed in your life, things of the past that you feel like doing, that is, things that do not please Him!<\/p>\n

Who likes to show their nakedness, in other words, their shame, and their bad side?<\/p>\n

The wrong things that you nourish within, deceiving yourself, rots, smells bad, and God cannot dwell in a place that is rotten! Or can He?<\/p>\n

Acknowledge your shame before Him!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Explain to Him what you like and you know that He doesn\u2019t like, that which you don\u2019t want to give up, expose before Him all your mistakes, irresponsibility, falseness, your pain, what you nurture inside, everything that you see that’s wrong, your pride, your feelings, the way you see yourself… And even what they say is wrong but you don\u2019t see it as sin!<\/p>\n

Dear cybernaut, only when you surrender to God, hating your sinful nature, rejecting being like that, is when He can give you new “garments”<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Get rid of what prevents you from receiving God’s new garments that are spotless, white as the light, which is the Holy Spirit!<\/p>\n

Only then, will you have the salvation of your soul! God sent His beloved Son so that in Him we have our sins forgiven, and that\u2019s why we shouldn\u2019t keep them inside of us, however minor, small we think it is, we must give everything! Everything!<\/p>\n
