Today is the 6th day of the Fast. Welcome to the Blog!<\/p>\n
And the question of today is: \u201cAnd when your heart complains of another person?”<\/em><\/p>\n Let\u2019s find out what to do?<\/p>\n In the book of Colossians<\/strong>, chapter 3, verse 12, it says the following:<\/p>\n “Therefore, as God\u2019s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity. Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful.” These verses tell us many things, but I would like to make it more personal manner, with the following:<\/p>\n \u201cHow am I going to forgive someone, when I feel so heavy inside?\u201d<\/em> Deal with all of this, like we spoke about in the beginning go the Fast. The biggest problem is your heart; if you and it (your heart) are not resolved!<\/p>\n You are going to have different relationships; for example, you are going to date someone, break up, and date someone else\u2026 or you\u2019re going to marry and divorce\u2026 in the end, you are going to have problems with people, like your husband, co-workers, with your daughter. You are going to bring problems to yourself!<\/p>\n And when to resolve all of this? When are you going to stop \u201ccreating\u201d problems with other people? When you clothe yourself as an elect of God.<\/strong><\/p>\n And you ask me, \u201cAnd how am I going to do that, Viviane? I have been wanting to change my heart for so long now\u2026 I can\u2019t take it anymore!\u201d<\/em> Like many are commenting here on the Blog.<\/p>\n Cybernaut, you are going to feel, it doesn\u2019t mean that you are going to turn into an \u201cangel\u201d after these 21 days. Negative! You are going to take off that \u201cold clothe\u201d of yours. How are you going to do that?! When you see your own problem and you unsatisfied with who you are being!<\/p>\n If I want to be someone who is an elect of God, in better terms chosen by Him, \u201choly\u201d, separated, that lives according to His Law, people begin to receive me with joy and I feel comfortable with myself, I feel good with my presence. For this\u2026 I have to sacrifice!<\/strong><\/p>\n First, I have to resolve what is making me look with eyes of judgment, when I look at someone and judge them\u2026 Remember that when you do this, others can do the same with you! But you can’t tell\u2026 isn\u2019t that right? There is no hint when someone is judging, normally you can\u2019t tell what is going on inside their thoughts, only when they tell you\u2026 but when you judge that person, but you put yourself in their shoes, you wouldn\u2019t like it\u2026<\/p>\n So, look inside yourself!<\/strong> Look at all the errors you have committed, how difficult you were throughout all these years: you held grudges, you didn\u2019t make any friendships, because when you tried to be friends with someone, they betrayed you; you trusted them with something and they told it to other people. And for this, you hold on to the past and you don\u2019t use your kindness and mercy. A person that does not act with mercy, like it is mentioned in the above Bible verse, it is because they guard the opposite of that, they guard and are attached to the past.<\/p>\n And that is why is is written:<\/p>\n “Bear with each other and forgive one another\u2026\u201d (Colossians 3: 13)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n It is not only going to be one time, you\u2019re going to have to forgive forever!<\/strong> You will not see anyone perfect, you are not! No one will be perfect in this lifetime, so overcome and withstand the mistakes. I am not saying that you are going to have to be accessary to others\u2019 mistakes; if that be the case, then you are going to have to speak with them, but with patience. Just like you when you had difficulties understanding yourself and your heart.<\/p>\n \u201c…Forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. And over all these virtues\u2026\u201d (Colossians 3: 14)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n Forgive! Above all! Be in peace. Be the peace of Christ!<\/p>\n When there doesn\u2019t exist peace, there is doubt! Why do you have doubt? Because you\u2019re not doing all that you possibly could\u2026.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n Why did Cain get upset? Because he didn\u2019t do his part.<\/p>\n When you don\u2019t have peace, when you\u2019re in agony, it is because you did not do the right thing, because when you do, you become merciful, humble. Do you know what being humble means? When you have a humble opinion about yourself! A sense of how insignificant you are, that you are imperfect. That is being humble!<\/p>\n When you attack, condemn, look with bad eyes, don\u2019t believe in love anymore or good things, it is because you don\u2019t believe in what God has promised for you!<\/strong> How are you going to receive the Spirit of God, that is the Spirit of power?! If you are not removing these things, the things that don\u2019t please Him…<\/p>\n How are you going to receive something good from God, if you still want to continue with the same \u201cold clothes\u201d, be the same way during all this time?<\/p>\n For example, I can say, \u201cI have had problems in my relationships, with friendships, co-workers, when they are always saying something\u2026\u201d It is because your conduct is not bringing you peace! When we have peace, we don\u2019t have that doubt, we don\u2019t have that problem.<\/p>\n My cybernaut friend, we are in this Fast, and it isn\u2019t to look at others, and not even to appear and say that you are \u201choly\u201d, marvelous, powerful. I am certain that you have observed various things that have come up, that don\u2019t help you and that come from the heart, from your being, your soul\u2026 And it is your soul that is going to be saved or not.<\/p>\n Read, in Bishop Macedo\u2019s blog, when he speaks in respect to those emotions, about what are we going to feel for the rest of eternity.<\/p>\n If you are anguished, with doubts, angry during these past few days, months, years, so your eternity is going to be hell! This is not what a person presents when they have peace. And when I write peace, it isn\u2019t because you have problems on the \u201coutside\u201d and that is why you are anguished\u2026 No! It is because I am doing my part, guarding my faith; I am looking with good eyes, I do everything that I possibly can to do what is good!<\/p>\n Cybernaut, you that are reading this post, wherever you are in this exact moment, you have the great opportunity to see your weaknesses, your faults, because this is what makes us become closer to God!<\/strong><\/p>\n When I saw myself as perfect and thinking that the error was in others, I didn\u2019t reach God as I should have. But when I really saw that the error was mine, even though the other person was wrong as well, I wasn\u2019t happy with the way I was reacting, my behavior; I started to \u201cgive everything\u201d and empty myself of everything that displeased God. I spoke to Him about what I was thinking about, the way I wanted to do things, how I was feeling, etc…<\/p>\n Now it\u2019s your turn!<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n Are you going through some difficult times? This is your opportunity! “Therefore, as God\u2019s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.\u201d (Colossians 3: 12)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n This signifies patience, tolerance, being constant. Be constant and do not be impatient with yourself. Do you know what a soul is? So, isn\u2019t a \u201csoul\u201d complicated? Have patience with other souls, and have that same care with yourself, take care of those who wrong you. \n \u201cHow am I going to be a merciful person, in other words, compassionate with my mistakes?”<\/em>
\n \u201cHow and I going to be kind with someone when there exists, in me, a serious problem? If I am angry, upset, and I carry traumas of the past, of people who wronged me, who were perverse and wanted to destroy me!\u201d<\/em>
\n \u201cHow am I going to be that elect of God, beloved? How?<\/em>
\n \u201cHow am I going to resolve my relationships with other people when it is a burden, it is difficult! When I live with someone, they have their way of being, and I have mine\u2026; And as for kids, husband, everyone has their own way of being, some took after their parents, their grandparents, some their uncles and aunts, my family; how do I deal with all of that?”<\/em><\/p>\n
\nYou are having difficulties in this Fast, because everything is difficult, it seems like everything is becoming \u201ctighter\u201d around you? This is your opportunity to speak to God, to humbly reach Him and recognize:<\/p>\n
\nIt will be a pleasure reading and knowing a little bit about what is going on with you.<\/p>\n
