{"id":3145,"date":"2015-08-19T13:47:49","date_gmt":"2015-08-19T13:47:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.vivianefreitas.com\/en\/?p=3145"},"modified":"2015-08-20T13:51:57","modified_gmt":"2015-08-20T13:51:57","slug":"is-your-health-really-important","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vivianefreitas.com\/en\/is-your-health-really-important\/","title":{"rendered":"Is your health really important?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>If someone would be asked &#8220;<em>Is your health important<\/em>,&#8221; their immediate response would be &#8220;<em><strong>of course!<\/strong><\/em>&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>However, we are going to review some important points that everyone should pay attention to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>How long has it been since you&#8217;ve had a general medical evaluation?<\/li>\n<li>What&#8217;s your workday like?<\/li>\n<li>How much time do you have to reflect on life?<\/li>\n<li>How do you enjoy family time?<\/li>\n<li>What do you do with your free time?<\/li>\n<li>How long has it been since you&#8217;ve had some time for yourself?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Have you already answered the questions?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">What did you find out?<\/span>\u00a0<span style=\"line-height: 1.6471;\">Maybe you noticed that you haven\u2019t taken care of yourself like you should, even though you know how important your health is.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Our body needs attention, care, entertainment and distraction.<br \/>\nYour probably saying: <em><strong>\u201cBut my job is very demanding&#8230; When I get home I have to do everything and my children never stop; I barely have time to sleep, let alone time for me!&#8221;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>But, none of these situations make you a machine, immune to deterioration.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>So what should you do about it? Change!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Think of solutions and new strategies, begin to take action, change habits, but don\u2019t just stand there and watch life pass you by!<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;How?<\/em>&#8221; you ask: If your job is demanding and leaves you with no patience, then play some music while you work, the instrumental type that helps you relax and think more clearly. If this is not a possibility then rearrange your work tasks, and check if there are other ways to fulfill your tasks.<br \/>\nAt home if you have a lot of tasks, then organize them by days; rearrange your habits so that they become healthier.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">If it seems like there isn\u2019t enough time, then STOP and evaluate your priorities, then figure out what is truly important and what is just a waste of time &#8230;<\/span> Eliminated unnecessary things that are not important so that you can make more time for yourself.<\/p>\n<p>Our brain directs our body so if your body is tired or overwhelmed then everything else can be a burden.<\/p>\n<p>Now returning to the topic at hand, if your health in fact is important to you then take action!
