Where there is no dialogue there is also no trust.<\/p><br \/>\nChildren no longer open us to their parents to tell them their problems, the difficulties they face in school, at work, with friends, and especially in their relationships.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nThey look for the wrong people and environments for support. They get involves with drugs, bad company, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Parents try to reverse this situation through physical force, putting their children in recovery clinics, taking them to psychologists or even by taking extreme measures, such as assaulting them, locking them up in their room, putting them in institutions or depriving them of many things.<\/p>\n<p>In your opinion, does this solve the problem?<\/p>\n<p>I say no, and I speak from experience! My mother didn\u2019t know what else to do with me. Because of my attitude, rebellion and violence she put me in a religious institute and isolated me from everyone and everything in an attempt to resolve the situation. That didn\u2019t resolve anything! Instead, it got even worse because I accumulated more revolt.<\/p>\n<p>I didn\u2019t need much, just a little attention and dialogue with my parents. With this, we could\u2019ve avoided many disappointments.<\/p>\n<p>I don\u2019t think it\u2019s completely the parent\u2019s fault; teens also should try to understand things better.<br \/>\nYoung people don\u2019t think like we do, they want to have things done their way.<\/p>\n<p>When there is both parts understand eachother, many problems can be avoided and others can be resolved.<\/p>\n<p>Today, I can understand perfectly what Teens think, feel, and the reason why they do things.<br \/>\nI have a teenage daughter and I always try to keep a very open conversation with her. And this has brought excellent results.<\/p>\n<p>Teens stop blaming your parents for everything bad that happens in your life. Try to talk and open up to them. Show them that you are willing to listen and improve as a son or daughter.<br \/>\nAnd you, the parent, do not ignore their requests. Listen, talk, and help them, this will definitely give you a great family atmosphere inside your home.<\/p>\n<p>A hug to all!<\/p>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Children no longer
