Have you ever stopped to wonder how many voices we hear every day?<\/p>\n
There are many … including the voices of our family members, friends, strangers, famous, and of those who dictate fashion and also of our own “I”.<\/p>\n
Do you know that voice inside of you that always wants to give its own opinion\u2014the one that seems like the voice of the serpent that tempted Eve in the Garden of Eden?<\/p>\n
It always has something negative to add, like … “You can\u2019t do it, you don\u2019t need to, why so much effort, it\u2019s not exactly like that…”<\/em> that is, it\u2019s always trying to put you down. Or that voice: “It’s just today! Nothing will happen if you just do it once, God understands that the flesh is weak “<\/em> or ” God understands that you need to lie. The situation leaves you no other choice! “<\/em><\/p>\n That’s what the voice of our “I” does. It always wants to prevail without thinking of the consequences. Of course, the devil does not waste time, knowing what makes your eyes sparkle; he takes care of preparing a trap!<\/p>\n But how to hear God\u2019s voice, the voice of faith?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n Bear with me … When you know a person very well, whether it\u2019s family, friend, you recognize his\/her voice, sometimes even by the steps you know that he\/she is coming, or by the door knock, or the way he\/she rings the bell, you know who it is! Your coexistence with that person allowed you to be so close, that you recognize when he\/she is around.<\/p>\n It is the same with the voice of God!
