I am what I think … and that is what I transmit!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Have you been through a situation where you\u2019ve lost something, or that you weren\u2019t entrusted with a certain responsibility because people didn\u2019t have enough confidence in you?
\nCould it be that somehow you lack credibility in your words or actions?!<\/p>\n

Recently, because I\u2019ve no longer driven for a few months, I didn\u2019t show enough confidence to do so. For several reasons, among them being in a different country, not knowing the streets, etc., but the truth is that when my husband asked me, he didn\u2019t see any assurance in me because of the way I reacted. Obviously he took the lead, and I was somewhat frustrated by my reaction…<\/p>\n

I learned my lesson!<\/strong><\/p>\n

In other times, I didn\u2019t even blink; I accepted with confidence the “challenge<\/strong>” and made prevail what I actually knew.<\/p>\n

Because I decided to have confidence in myself, that also didn\u2019t let others doubt me.<\/p>\n

Obviously it’s a simple example, day to day, but that can identify who we are in front of any kind of challenge or when we are outside our comfort zone.<\/p>\n

And do you know what conclusion I withdrew?<\/strong><\/p>\n

If I’m not confident in my interior; if I\u2019m unsure of what I want to do or have no goals, that will be instantly transmitted to those around me. If I do not reveal confidence in my own abilities, can I expect others to do so in relation to me?<\/p>\n

That is why sometimes questions arise:<\/p>\n

“Why doesn\u2019t my husband trust me in the management of the household finances?”
\n“Why do my kids only respect their father, and my voice does not have an echo?”
\n“Could it be that I have no conditions to be promoted? Why is it that another colleague always takes the place that I want? ”<\/p>\n

But instead, you should use the intelligent faith<\/strong><\/em> and ask:<\/p>\n

“What image have I transmitted to the people around me?”
\n“Even professing a ‘faith’, could it be that I have been a trustworthy, positive, firm, challenging, person?! Or in front of the challenges I retreat, hesitate, I don\u2019t use my faith?!”
\n“Do I really prove that I believe through my actions?”<\/p>\n

My friend, only you<\/em> can answer these questions…<\/p>\n

” Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us.\u201d (Hebrews 12.1)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

If you don\u2019t transmit confidence to your children or family, or even credibility in your words, they will not follow you. Or if they do, they will only do it for obedience, but just for a while…<\/p>\n

And the same applies to your work, your boss, colleague or friends. The way you react\u2014 the fruit of your thoughts, will influence the way on how you will be treated, seen, and even followed…. Because it is through what we transmit: Doubt, fear, insecurity or FAITH, that the answers in our life will be defined and also how we will influence others in a positive or negative way.<\/p>\n

Or do you think that being a mother who doesn\u2019t set the example, it helps to tell your daughter what she should or shouldn\u2019t do? Or do you think that screaming day and night, as a way to express yourself, it will help to tell your kids not to do something amid a disagreement?! They don\u2019t follow words, but examples. They will grow up thinking that this is normal, until they learn otherwise!<\/p>\n

I am what I think … and that is what I will transmit\u2014inevitably. Therefore do not arrange “scapegoats” for your alleged failures. See inside yourself, analyze, consider and evaluate who you have been before God, and in what way have you made use of your faith, for all that we “harvest” is after all a result of what we nurture inside.<\/p>\n
