Hello to all cybernauts!<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is a pleasure to be here with you every week speaking about the Word of God. Let me tell you something: it is what helps me \u201crein\u201d, in other words, to leave behind the world that I live in and brings me God\u2019s thoughts.<\/p>\n

The Word of God permits me to have peace, direction, it brings me happiness, certainty; it brings me assurance and not anything that is doubtful! And so I approach this subject, at least once a week, here in the Blog, with an audio exclusively for you; precisely to talk about what sustains me, what transmits joy to me, and of which I have much to talk about, which is the Word of God. For it “speaks” to me a lot!

\nToday I would like to address the issue: What kind of sacrifice do you offer? What kind of person and what kind of offspring are you?<\/em>
\n\u00a0
\nTo give continuity to what was read last week, we continue to read in the book of Hebrews 11:17<\/strong>,:
\n\u00a0<\/p>\n

By faith Abraham, when God tested him, offered Isaac as a sacrifice. He who had embraced the promises was about to sacrifice his one and only son[…]<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\nWhat kind of sacrifice do you offer?<\/strong> There is the type sacrifice that is offered that doesn\u2019t cost you much, that is, it doesn\u2019t require much effort from you. And then there is the other type of sacrifice that costs you your all<\/em><\/strong>.
\n\u00a0
\nWhen Abraham was determined to sacrifice his only son, his heir, he was offering the best he had: a son he had created with his own wife\u2026 for he had had a child with a slave. Remember?<\/p>\n

And so, that son was not of the promise and therefore did not receive the promises of God. The son didn\u2019t accept the teachings of his parents who were from God; he wanted to make his own way. Starting from the beginning, the fact that Abraham himself had cohabited with a slave, he did it in his<\/em> way, and according to the will of Sara.<\/p>\n

Remember the slave’s behavior? She had a very bad behavior, to the point of having to be sent away with her son. Abraham had to lose a son with the slave, sending him off, and why? Because both the slave and the son did not accept things the way they had to be! The bad spirit of the slave also passed to her son and therefore the son did not accept this promise, the guidance of Abraham. But his son Isaac received the promises with joy.

\nSee, my cybernaut friend, when you obey you become someone who is much easier to get closer to, unlike someone who wants things to go their own way, who has close-minded thinking and wants to do their will. <\/p>\n

When you act, obey, and submit to the orientation of a man and woman of God, you are humble and believe; you believe that God is coming and you don\u2019t get accommodated. But when you are oriented and act according to the example that the Lord Jesus gave about two sons; One said: “ah … I will not\u201d<\/em> and midway he repented and did as his father advised. And the other said, “I will!”<\/em> , but on the way he did not fulfill what he had said. <\/p>\n

Who was right?<\/strong>
\nThe one who obeyed.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Note that there are some people accompanying these audios, listening to the advice given, but when it comes to the moment for them to decide, they want to do it their way. Face-to-face with the person, when they receive the guidance, they say, “Yes sir! Yes ma’am! Okay father. Okay mother. Okay Pastor. I’ll do it.\u201d<\/em> But when they go outside, they do everything their way, showing that they did not welcome the advice with joy.<\/p>\n

And when one does not receive the guidance with joy, they don\u2019t act accordingly; they don\u2019t obey\u2026 at least the first child said no but he repented and went. Which is fair! One that welcomes the guidance happily is one who submits, is humble, and does not do it their own way.<\/em><\/strong>
\n\u00a0
\nI want to draw your attention to what you<\/em> offer to God: if it is what costs you, which is unique (the sacrifice is unique because you have nothing to replace it with after you give it). This way you offer the best, and only your best!
\n\u00a0
\nWho are you? The son who happily welcomes the promises, the son who accepts, who submits and that obeys? Or the one who says “no”? The one that responds positively but does not practice?!<\/p>\n

God cannot decide for you! The pastor cannot decide for you, or your husband or your wife. No one can decide in your place!<\/strong> Only YOU can decide who YOU WILL BE, or who you want to be, according to your actions<\/strong><\/em>. And if there is respect, there will be obedience. If there is no respect, you’ll do it your way.
