Today I want to do something different: I would like to talk about some comments I received on the blog.
\n<\/p>\n
I don\u2019t want to just give you knowledge, but most of all, I want you to put it into practice. For this, I must address your comments. After all, “For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.”
\nWe can see your needs through your comments and this is of utmost importance to us.<\/p>\n
Last week you had the opportunity to hear about prayer.<\/p>\n
Ana Paula Mendes left the following comment:<\/p>\n
“Hello Ms. Vivi, that is my faith. I cried out to my God with all my soul and I explained my case to Him. And the Holy Spirit took away my entire affliction. I received peace, which gave me the certainty of the impossible becoming possible. I received the answer I had been waiting for.<\/em> Ana, continue in that faith…<\/p>\n Normally, at the hour of our distress, affliction and hardship the first thing we do is turn to others. When, first, we must turn to God. You did it right!<\/p>\n But you can\u2019t stop there. You can\u2019t only use your faith in difficult times. You must live it everyday.<\/p>\n This is a chance to prove who you want to “be” before God.<\/p>\n If for example you go to the doctor and are given a specific treatment to follow, but you just go and get the medication without following the exact instructions, then there won\u2019t be any results.<\/p>\n And God is not a doctor or a specialist humanly speaking, but a Being who expects us to put our part daily.<\/p>\n Therefore, we must be sincere with Him, giving Him our 100%. Sincerity is something personal.<\/p>\n When faced with a problem you are forced to fight for the solution. But when you aren\u2019t facing one you must be clear on the character and conduct you must have before God.<\/p>\n Let\u2019s go on to Tatiana Soares\u2019 comment:<\/p>\n “Indeed, it\u2019s when I prayer that I can expose everything that only I know that I have inside me. You can\u2019t just say, \u201cHe knows what I’m going through.\u201d<\/em> I see here the importance in defining your prayer. When our actions are defined we will not be afraid to face the difficulties.<\/p>\n Tatiana gave the example of the dentist. When you go to your dentist do you doubt he can help you? No! You believing that the he will give you the solution to end the pain.<\/p>\n So imagine if when you pray you doubt and feel insecure, you haven\u2019t given yourself truly, whole heartedly. You will end up not believing in the words you said in that prayer. You aren\u2019t being sincere before God by telling Him, “I’m inconsistent and not defined, God! I need help, I can\u2019t continue this way … ”<\/p>\n If, at least, you are honest regarding your doubts in your prayer, you will have an answer from Him.<\/p>\n What can\u2019t happen is to pray and not receive an answer to your prayer. In other words, you can\u2019t be beaten by your doubts, fears, insecurities and concerns.<\/p>\n When you are defined you get results. You will define how and when you want the results.<\/p>\n For example, if you talk to God unsure with meaningless word, this will cause you to doubt and therefore feel worried and afflicted.<\/p>\n When Eli misjudged Hannah, she responded humbly. Why? Because she was sure of her relationship with God, even before she made a vow with Him.<\/p>\n When we are defined before God we are also humble by recognizing and doing what has to be done. Just like Hannah, we aren\u2019t worried if others are misjudging us because our conscience is clear.<\/p>\n Another comment from Aline:<\/p>\n “Good morning, Ms. Vivi. This is so true, whenever I find myself in a situation of distress, anxiety, uncertainty, I pray to God, and then I receive the certainty.<\/em> It must be clear that there can\u2019t be any doubts when in fact, you believe in the prayer you made.<\/p>\n So why do doubts come?<\/p>\n Because when we pray we didn\u2019t let go of everything like: Doubts, our weakness, etc. And therefore they dominate us.<\/p>\n If a person says that God is powerful and affirms that they are sure of the answer to their prayer and they still need something to confirm this, so they can truly believe, this shows insecurity. Do you understand?!<\/p>\n For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.<\/p>\n Sometimes, maybe, but these types of words show doubt. When we believe, we do not need to reaffirm that God is powerful.<\/p>\n But let your \u2018Yes\u2019 be \u2018Yes,\u2019 and your \u2018No,\u2019 \u2018No.\u2019 For whatever is more than these is from the evil.” (Mt.5.37)<\/p>\n You feed your doubts when you feel that God has forgotten you. By doing this you won\u2019t receive an answer from Him or if you are not just. How can I be just? It is impossible for God not to bless those who surrender to Him, body, soul and spirit.<\/p>\n Another comment we got was from Ofelia This is very glorious! This is very good Ofelia. When you pray with a sincere heart it is also done with Faith!<\/p>\n Sometimes we think we are being sincere, but then why haven\u2019t we received peace?!<\/p>\n Doesn\u2019t the light take away darkness? Then why is there still a feeling of sadness? Why do you still feel confused as if you have a foggy vision?<\/p>\n When prayer is done with faith, you are sure! You can\u2019t see it yet, but you believe!<\/p>\n If there is the slightest doubt, then there is no confidence.<\/p>\n When we let go of everything in our lives we will see God’s answer.<\/p>\n Next week, we will answer a friend about injustice. \n Just like Hannah who was heartbroken, but after her sincere prayer and vow to God her affliction ceased and she was sure of the victory.<\/em>
\n I say with conviction: Another Hannah will be honored in the name of Jesus.<\/em>
\n Hugs, in faith always! “<\/em><\/p>\n
\n It\u2019s like if I have a toothache and I do not go to the dentist to help me, I will continue in pain.<\/em>
\n I must be honest with God, like Hannah, who showed her pain and distress. He saw the sincerity in her heart.<\/em>
\n There is no greater joy than to share our moments with God, whether they are difficult or joyous whatever it is I must share them with Him.<\/em>
\n The best time to do this is in the morning, because I start my day with the right direction. “<\/em><\/p>\n
\n I am surrounded by doubts, but I don\u2019t let them overcome me. For I believe in an almighty God that can do anything.<\/em>
\n Prayer is the path that leads us to God alongside our faith.<\/em>

\nWhen you place everything at His feet.<\/p>\n
\n“It is true. There were times when, due to the difficulties, I felt sad and depressed. But as soon as let it out before God I received peace and the certainty that brought me the confidence I needed. I no longer felt worried or cried over my problem. ”<\/p>\n
