<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/div>\n
\u201cAnd the people waited for Zacharias, and marveled that he lingered so long in the temple. But when he came out, he could not speak to them; and they perceived that he had seen a vision in the temple, for he beckoned to them and remained speechless. So it was, as soon as the days of his service were completed, that he departed to his own house.\u201d<\/i> (Luke 1:23-25)<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

While Zacharias was inside the Sanctuary, the people were anxiously waiting for him outside. All those who believe in Jesus and sacrifice their lives to Him are priests, and the people around them expect something from them \u2014 a word, a different attitude\u2026 <\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

But when Zacharias came out, he remained silent.<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

When a person doubts the Word of God, he or she remains silent.<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

When we have doubts, we don\u2019t know what to say when faced with day-to-day challenges.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

For example, a person who holds a grudges against someone does not have a clear conscience and, for this reason, he or she cannot speak boldly. Why? Because they hold on to their feelings; they do not have an intelligent feeling. And so, instead of fighting the grudge, they keep on feeding it. <\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

God could have withdrawn the blessing from Zacharias, denying him the fulfillment of the promise, but He didn\u2019t do that. Why?<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

Because Zacharias revealed his insecurities to God; he exposed what was inside of him\u2026<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

When we share our problems\/difficulties with God, He is patient with us! He gives us time to understand things\u2026<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

In spite of being a priest, Zacharias had to pay the price for his blessing \u2014 not because God wanted him to suffer, but because he needed to remain silent in order to examine his life, to understand and learn through that situation.<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

When we speak a lot, we hardly ever stop to examine our lives.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

God Himself allowed Zacharias to be mute so he could look at his own life.<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

\u201cSo it was, as soon as the days of his service were completed, that he departed to his own house.\u201d<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/i><\/div>\n

A woman in Zacharias\u2019 shoes would probably have run home as quickly as possible to meet her husband and finally have the much-desired child. But what did Zacharias do?<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/div>\n
He waited until the days of his service were completed.<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/div>\n
God speaks to us during this time that He gives us\u2026 This is when we should stop, meditate on His Word, examine our hearts, and put intelligent faith into practice.<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/div>\n
This is how we should behave when faced with adversities.<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/div>\n
Not always do things happen the way we\u2019ve planned, and this is when obedience is essential. <\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/div>\n
Human beings are naturally undisciplined, but the Kingdom of God is disciplined \u2014 there\u2019s a time for everything in the Kingdom of God.<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/div>\n
Dear friend, think. Take advantage of each day of the Challenge, because time is passing. <\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/div>\n
Take your time to speak to God, and when you speak, do it in an intelligent, rational way!<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
