Tell me what woman doesn\u2019t want this? <\/p><br \/>\nI can speak from personal experience in saying that, as the years go by our skin and hair get drier. Our body is made up of 75% water, which means drinking water has to be a priority.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nA while ago, I wrote about why drinking water is so important for our bodies and the reality is most of us don\u2019t always drink the recommended amounts of water a day, which is a minimum of 1 \u00bd liters per day. That\u2019s why I am going to share some tips so that together we can reach our goal of drinking the right amounts of water for our body to function properly.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nWater alone is always the best thing, but there are other things that can also help us increase our water intake: Fruits that have a large percentage of water such as watermelon, melon, strawberry, pineapple, orange, and vegetables like radish, tomato, cauliflower, and carrots among others are great choices. Just like cooked legumes, broths and soups.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nIn addition to that you should drink one cup of water (approximately 250ml):<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nAfter waking up<br \/>\nMidmorning<br \/>\n30 minutes before lunch and dinner<br \/>\n1 hour after lunch and dinner<br \/>\nIn the evening<br \/>\nBefore sleeping<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nYou should drink 8 glasses of water per day.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vivianefreitas.com\/en\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/4\/files\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vivianefreitas.com\/en\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/4\/files\/\" alt=\"cha\" width=\"660\" height=\"261\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-22315\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>If drinking water alone is hard for you then try drinking herbal teas. At lunch you can make lemonade without adding too much sugar and if possible try to use sweeteners instead.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vivianefreitas.com\/en\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/4\/files\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vivianefreitas.com\/en\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/4\/files\/\" alt=\"agua_Sabor\" width=\"660\" height=\"261\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-22316\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nFlavored water: You can add some flavor to your water by adding a few slices of citrus fruits such as oranges, lemons or a few pieces of other fruits like strawberries, blueberries or kiwi add ice and then enjoy.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vivianefreitas.com\/en\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/4\/files\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vivianefreitas.com\/en\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/4\/files\/\" alt=\"agua_pc\" width=\"660\" height=\"261\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-22317\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nAt work: Always keep a water bottle near you. If you prefer you can keep a 1\u00bd-liter bottle along side of you and drink it throughout the day.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vivianefreitas.com\/en\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/4\/files\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vivianefreitas.com\/en\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/4\/files\/\" alt=\"tlf\" width=\"660\" height=\"261\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-22318\" \/><\/a>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Apps: There\u2019s no excuses, \u201cI FORGOT\u201d , you can set an alarm in your cell phone so that you remember to hydrate your body all the time. Or use an app that reminds you to drink water like &#8220;Water your body &#8221; or &#8221; Drink-O-matic &#8220;. It\u2019ll be a great way to see your progress throughout the day and week.<\/p>\n<p>The challenge is to drink 1\u00bd liters of water every day.
