\u201cIf only I would\u2019ve listened\u2026\u201d This is a phrase many of us have said one day when we relized we let an opportunity pass by. <\/p>\n

That\u2019s exactly the experience I\u2019m going through right now! I have never thought about my school days as much as I have these couple of days. I\u2019ve been living in Guadalupe, a French speaking country for the past two months now.
\n<\/p>\n

In high school I had the opportunity to at least learn the French verbs, but because I thought the teacher was annoying I fled from taking that class. I didn\u2019t think it would ever be necessary for me to learn that language. I would\u2019ve never imagined that today it would\u2019ve come in handy.
\nToday, I’m still learning and often when I talk with someone, I do not know what words to use because I don\u2019t know how to speak properly. That\u2019s when the repentance comes in. So many classes I took for granted, all that vocabulary would\u2019ve been so useful now.<\/p>\n

I was thinking about this and how the same thing happens to many people when they let opportunities go by and then they regret it! Many are stuck in the past, whimpering, crying over spilled milk, thinking that it will one day return to the cup! Thinking they will not reach their goal, that it’s too late…
\nThe world wants you to have these negative thoughts to stop and limit you from facing the challenges.<\/p>\n

Think about it! If it were too late God would not be giving you the opportunity to learn, to repent, to grow in life, to be different, and to learn to depend on your faith!
\nEverything comes from within us the power of decision and no one has the power to do it for us unless we have given it to them.<\/p>\n

Be careful so that you don\u2019t become a victim of your feelings and you don\u2019t make decisions based on them, because they can kill you, both physically and spiritually.<\/p>\n

I will not limit myself, I will take advantage of the opportunity God has given me and I will learn to speak French and make lemonade from lemons. AND you? Will you continue thinking you have lost your chance or will you overcome that?
